a week already

so last night as i was struggling to get Marley to fall asleep i realized it was a good thing that zoe was not an “angel” baby.  had i not dealt with as bad if not worse with zoe, the screaming in my ear last night would have actually worried/frustrated me.  instead i just sat there rocking on the chair, calmly thinking to myself, “she’ll eventually quiet down and fall asleep” which she eventually did.  and she didn’t take nearly as long as zoe did at times.

zoe’s still being zoe.  she was at the neighbor’s the other day jumping on their trampoline.  lj went to check on her and the sight she walk into was the neighbor kids standing around watching zoe jump/sit/splash/roll in the mud next to the trampoline.  she was covered head to toe in mud.  they hosed her down a little and when she got home i snapped a couple pictures of her.  check them out at our flickr account.  you can get to it through the link on the right.
